15.21.	Protocol to Implement the Ninth Package of Commitments on Air Transport Services under the ASEAN Framework Agreement on Services	Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia 06 November 2015	This Protocol and the commitments set out in its Annexes shall enter into force on the sixtieth day after the deposit of the seventh Instrument of Ratification or Acceptance from ASEAN Member States with the Secretary-General of ASEAN, and shall become effective only among the Member States that have ratified or accepted it. For each Member State ratifying or accepting the Protocol after the deposit of the seventh Instrument of Ratification or Acceptance, the Protocol shall enter into force on the sixtieth day after the deposit by such Member State of its Instrument of Ratification or Acceptance. 38.3.	Protocol on the Legal Framework to Implement the ASEAN Single Window	Ha Noi, Viet Nam 04 September 2015	This Protocol shall enter into force, after all Member States have notified or, where necessary, deposited instruments of ratifications with the Secretary-General of ASEAN upon completion of their internal procedures, which shall not take more than one hundred and eighty (180) days after the signing of this Protocol. 15.20.	Protocol to Implement the Sixth Package of Commitments on Financial Services under the ASEAN Framework Agreement on Services	Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia 20 March 2015	This Protocol and the commitments set out in the Annexes shall enter into force ninety (90) days after the date of its signing. Subsequent commitments made in accordance with paragraph 5 shall enter into force ninety (90) days after the date such commitments are notified in writing to the ASEAN Finance Ministers’ Meeting. Where a Member State is unable to complete its internal procedures for the entry into force of this Protocol within ninety (90) days from the date of its signing, the rights and obligations of that Member State under this Protocol shall commence on the first day following the date on which notification was made under Paragraph 8. Where a Participating Member State is unable to complete its internal procedures within ninety (90) days after the date upon which subsequent commitments made by Participating Member States in accordance with Paragraph 5 are notified to the ASEAN Finance Ministers’ Meeting, the rights and obligations of that Participating Member State shall commence on the first day following the date on which notification was made under Paragraph 8. ASEAN Agreement on Medical Device Directive	Bangkok, Thailand 21 November 2014	This Agreement shall be subject to ratification and/or acceptance by Member States in accordance with their internal domestic requirements.
