15.25.	Protocol to Implement the Tenth Package of Commitments under the ASEAN Framework Agreement on Services	Singapore 11 November 2018	This Protocol and the commitments set out in its Annexes shall enter into force ninety (90) days after the date of signature of this Protocol. Member States shall complete their internal procedures for the entry into force of this Protocol and its Annexes. Each Member State shall, upon the completion of its internal procedures for the entry into force of this Protocol, notify the Secretary-General of ASEAN in writing. Where a Member State is unable to notify the completion of its internal procedures within ninety (90) days of the date of signature, the rights and obligations of that Member State under this Protocol and its Annexes shall commence on the date on which the Member State notifies the completion of its internal procedures. 26.4.	Protocol 4 on Co-Terminal Rights between Points within the Territory of any other ASEAN Member State	Bangkok, Thailand 09 November 2018	This Protocol shall enter into force on the date of the deposit of the third (3rd) Instrument of Ratification or Acceptance with the Secretary-General of ASEAN and shall become effective only among the Contracting Parties that have ratified or accepted it. 51.9.	Protocol 2 Designation of Frontier Posts	Langkawi, Malaysia 04 May 2018	This Protocol shall enter into force on the sixtieth day after the deposit of the sixth Instrument of Ratification or Acceptance, and shall become effective only among the Contracting Parties that have ratified or accepted it. For each Contracting Party ratifying or accepting the Protocol after the deposit of the sixth Instrument of Ratification or Acceptance, the Protocol shall enter into force on the sixtieth day after the deposit of such Contracting Party of its Instrument of Ratification or Acceptance.
