15.	ASEAN Trade in Services Agreement	Manila, Philippines 07 October 2020	This Agreement shall enter into force one hundred and eighty (180) days after the signing of this Agreement. Member States shall complete their internal procedures for the entry into force of this Agreement. Each Member State shall, upon the completion of its internal procedures for the entry into force of this Agreement, notify the Secretary-General of ASEAN in writing. Where a Member State is unable to notify the completion of its internal procedures within one hundred and eighty (180) days after the date of signing, the rights and obligations of that Member State under this Agreement shall commence on the date on which the Member State notifies the completion of its internal procedures. ASEAN Framework Agreement on the Facilitation of Inter-State Transport	Manila, Philippines 10 December 2009	This Agreement shall enter into force upon the thirtieth day after the deposit of the second Instruments of Ratification or Acceptance, and shall be effective only among the Contracting Parties who have ratified or accepted it. For each Contracting Party ratifying or accepting this Agreement after the deposit of the second Instrument of Ratification or Acceptance, this Agreement shall enter into force on the thirtieth day after the deposit of such Contracting Party of its Instrument of Ratification or Acceptance.
