Member States undertake to complete their internal procedures of ratification or acceptance for the entry into force of this Protocol.

This Protocol shall enter into force on the sixtieth day after the deposit of the sixth Instrument of Ratification or Acceptance from ASEAN Member States with the Secretary-General of ASEAN, and shall become effectively only among the Member States that have ratifies or accepted it.
